Shipping Zones:

• We ship to all regions available to courier companies. South Africa only.

Estimated Shipping Time:

• Depending on the area, expect delivery within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Cost:

• Shipping costs vary, typically under R200, and may depend on order size. View the exact amount at the shipping checkout.

International Shipping:

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Courier Services:

• We use Courier Guy and offer collection within 3-5 days, depending on stock availability.

Order Tracking:

• Track your order through the Courier Guy online portal. A tracking number will be provided 2-3 days after checkout.

Express Shipping:

• Express shipping is available depending on stock availability, as our products are handmade.

Shipping Delays:

• In the event of shipping delays, clients will be notified. Unfortunately, no compensation is provided.

Address Modification:

• Address modifications after placing an order are not allowed.

Returns:

• Returns are accepted only for unopened products damaged during shipping. Contact us at everythingherbal.llynn@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
